Bluebird Care Aylesbury have been visiting my dad once a day to assist him with washing/dressing etc. in the morning to take some of the pressure off my mum. We have been very impressed with the service they provide from the very first assessment visit. The girls in the office are always very helpful and accommodating if we have to alter times for other appointments etc. Everyone one of the carers has been excellent. The Bluebird Care Team Aylesbury are an exceptional group of people, professional and very caring. Compassionate, attentive, reliable, insightful, nice and good value for money It is so reassuring to know that my mother is being treated with dignity and care. I know that my mother is safe in the care of these wonderful, dedicated people.

I was pleasantly surprised by the respect that all the staff gave me from the first day I employed them. Usually, they keep to the timetable but occasionally staff have been late to cover sickness of a fell staff member. They usually are able to cook the food but on occasion, I have directed them to us the over or microwave usually the staff member has been very helpful even when I needed a check on my approved Covid cover. Bluebird provided personal care to my mother in law for 5 years. They also carried out chaperoned outings when her son and I were on holiday. The care management team were extremely dedicated to providing a very good service and the team of carers attending my mother-in-law carried out their duties to a good standard and were vigilant in noticing any problems regarding her health and reporting back to the office who always took the appropriate action to remedy the problem. The staff were extremely helpful and fulfilled my request for overnight care at short notice. The overnight carer was efficient, empathetic and friendly, and treated my husband with care and concern. I was very happy with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to use Bluebird again.

I cannot rate the Bluebird Care team highly enough. They have been caring for my 98-year-old father since April 2019. He has early-stage Alzheimer's and other health issues. I have complete faith and peace of mind that my father is in good hands. He also enjoys the visits. His morning visits include making sure he is up, washed, dressed, breakfast is prepared and medication taken. They always have time for a quick chat. As a stroke survivor, I have been very pleased with the care I have been given during the past four years. My care plan is regularly updated and my needs are met. I receive a weekly schedule which informs me about sich carer will be coming and the time they will come. I am always informed about any changes which need to be made.
