Since our daughter has had her medical treatment given to her by Bluebird Care, she is a lot happier, gets excited when staff arrive, who all make her feel very special, as parents we feel far less stressed. Ever since we have been introduced to Bluebird care, we have found them all very professional, very knowledgeable, kind and supportive to our daughter's complex special needs and treatment. Would highly recommend Bluebird Care.

Bluebird Care have been fantastic since they started. Their nurse ensures my PEG site is well cared for and the staff are very knowledgable and competent in their role. I am extremely happy with Bluebird Care.

The first time they come I felt very comfortable and everyone that comes makes me feel comfortable and treats me with dignity. They are always very professional in their work and go above and beyond in taking care of me and any housework that needs doing.

Our 16-year-old son's carer has been with us for nearly a year now. As our son is severely disabled, he is deaf/blind, wheelchair-bound, has severe dystonia and is peg fed, we needed someone who would become part of our family. His carer is brilliant with him, he definitely knows when she arrives, they have a happy, rewarding time together. Our experience of the care offered by the team has been excellent, Dad had Alzheimer's was bed-bound and double incontinent and sometimes would resist care, the girls had a tremendous amount of patience and care and brought the best out in Dad I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them.

At the start of 2024, my mother had a fall which resulted in her requiring 24-hour care when she came back from hospital. I contacted various providers and Bluebird Care, from the word go, understood what was required. Arranged a visit to Mum in hospital and very quickly provided a carer that could live in at short notice. The carer provided was excellent and understood her role was to get Mum back on her feet, living independently rather than taking over Mum's life. I continue to be impressed with Bluebird staff. My son has been happy and settled with all his regular and occasionally new carers. I am aware that the carers have other clients before and after us, but they are on time.

In July I got married in Essex, but I'm not from the area so required support care to help my mother. I reached out to Bluebird care and they were absolutely amazing in helping. For a small job, and the set up work required on the day, they were fantastic and I'm very appreciative of everyone in the team for helping. Based on my experience, I would recommend them.

We have been very pleased with the care we have received for Mum. At first, it took a while for things to settle down as we had a lot of different carers. We are very happy now to have a good routine and regular schedules. All the carers have been warm and friendly and mum feels very comfortable in their care.
