We have had two live-in carers supplied by Bluebird, for my friend who has terminal cancer, and who wished to stay in her own home. Both carers have been, kind, hard-working and delivered excellent care from personal needs to general housework and anything in between. I have been impressed with the organisational attention and consideration given by Bluebird, both generally and on occasion when staff rearrangements have had to have been made at short notice. Staff have coped well with difficult client circumstances and are always friendly, helpful and available to discuss matters.
In spite of the difficult times, Bluebird has always covered my needs. Carers, on the whole, are of an excellent standard but restricted a little by health and safety.
