My carers have been very kind. The service is excellent and very happy.
After much research and meeting assessors from two agencies, my daughter and I decided on Bluebird. Their 24-hour service is a confidence builder. The office staff are helpful, sympathetic and courteous. The carers are polite and know what is required.
We are happy with the Bluebird Care agency. They are helpful and have kind behaviour with us. If I want to was to recommend my friends it would be Bluebird Care. Thank you very much, Bluebird Care.
I am happy with the service I have been receiving, the carer is prompt and efficient and does the cleaning work I want her to do. She normally takes about an hour to do the work.
Bluebird Care looks after my father, the carers who visit are very well trained, kind and gentle. My father looks forward to seeing them daily as they have a great relationship. I am very pleased with the service we get from Bluebird Care and the office.

We are very pleased with our carer. She is very comfortable and helpful very thoughtful with mum. She is also hard-working and patient, also resourceful. She is cheerful and friendly, keen to help at all times. Very understanding nature, responsible to leave mum with as I have to go out sometimes. A very praiseworthy person.
