Totally waste of time. Carers are on the phone constantly, management is non-existent and abrasive and overall a very poor service, as the Care Quality Commission has rightfully indicated but hasn’t gone deep enough. Save your time and money and avoid this agency where nepotism is king and the quality of the service delivered is sub-par, paying a premium for it.
