I have received care from Bluebird Care for the last 6 months, after suffering a fall and breaking both sides of my ankle. Bluebird Care has helped me to regain my independence and helped me get back onto my feet. I have now fully recovered and I am able to get back upstairs without support.
We are thrilled to bits with everything that is being done and all the carers are brilliant. We couldn’t ask for more. They all arrive on time, no matter what day or what the weather conditions are. We are really happy and everyone at Bluebird is fantastic.
My carer is very understanding towards me. She does what I ask of her, we always have a nice time together and have a laugh.
I would highly recommend Bluebird Care to anyone, I was very dubious about changing from our previous temporary care company, everything has worked out perfect and we couldn't be happier. The carers are all very kind and caring, me and my husband are both very thankful for them.
I have been with Bluebird Care since April 2012, as one of their longest standing customers, I would highly recommend Bluebird to anyone looking for reliable care at home. I have a great team of carers who I see more like family. They always have a smile on their face and will always sit and have a cuppa and a chat with me and my husband.
This is the first time I have had to receive care, so wasn't sure what to expect, but my experience has been a positive one. The carers are always on time and are always very pleasant and cheerful; nothing is too much trouble. The Bluebird team is very organised and excellently run. Any issues are dealt with straight away, which fille myself and my family are full of confidence knowing we can put our trust in them.
They are extremely pleasant girls. I look forward to seeing them every day. Nothing is too much trouble. They can't do enough for you.
