Very happy with the service my brother receives from Bluebird, all of the ladies are very friendly and always do a great job. Always on time and nothing too much trouble, I feel confident that if there was ever a concern regarding my brother it would be dealt with promptly and I would be informed which I feel is very important.

All the carers are very caring towards Dad and treat him with great respect. They all come in smiling and are chatty! They are a great support to me as well. If I have any worries, they listen to me and help. They have a lot of knowledge, which they are willing to share.
