I have been receiving care from your company for almost a year now. I find the carers fulfil my needs very well with courtesy and often compassion. They are, without exception, considerate, completing tasks with good humour. Most have a highly developed sense of what is needed and carry out their duties with attention to detail. Occasionally the work is made more difficult by last minute re-arrangement of the time-table, or route. Very pleased with service overall, the team are frendly and treat me with dignaty. They always turn up, and come early when needed. They do my meds properly as well. They ensurecthat i am safe and ensure the bathroom is left tidy after my call

We are very satisfied with the carers and we have seen many due to sickness. Also I have complex needs due to MND. Sometimes the times of visits are not acceptable. More contact with those in charge would be an improvment.

Generally good, initially issue re. times of call. Requested 7 - 8 call am. 9 - 9.30 @ night. Occassionally late am - 11. especially weekends & holiday cover.

My dad has been using Bluebird Care for over 2 years the carers are exceptional with him, he is treated with care, respect & dignity. They notify us of any changes and are always polite & considerate I am a nurse myself and would highly recommend this company - the same set of carers all the time so they know Dad really well Excellent company, service and carers
