We started with Bluebirds Care in January 2025 and are very happy with the care my husband receives. The carers are all lovely, professional and respectful. My husband even received a bunch of daffodils from them on St. Davids Day, what a lovely personal touch. We are happy with the service provided and would highly recommend Blebirds Care.

Excellent service, all carers really helpful, caring and supportive to my Dad's needs. They treat him with dignity and respect that he may take a little longer. Would highly recommend this care provider.

Carers have been very professional in their job. Very polite on phone when making contact with myself and leaving notes for myself to read when necessary, also going out of their way to do a bit of shopping i.e. bread and milk

Staff have been fantastic with my grandfather. Having care has put less strain and pressure on the family. We are grateful to all the staff that has helped and supported us throughout a tough time. An excellent service provider with lovely carers who treat my husband with respect and dignity. I have been very impressed with the fact that senior staff have undertaken spot checks on the carers. The only negative is that sometimes there is not consistency in carers which someone living with dementia needs.
