Most Saturdays I receive a programme in the post that informs me which carers are likely to visit me in the week that follows. Before a new carer comes on her own to visit me she will always have been introduced to me by one of my regular carers. She will know the procedures and will perform the very efficiently and caringly. My carers are all very friendly as well and it is a pleasure to see them.

All the carers are smart, clean and wear full PPE always pleasant and make sure all my needs are met. I would trust any of these girls with anything I own great carers.

I have been using Bluebird Care for many years. I have MLD and the staff are aware of my issues and work with me to get things done. The staff are understanding and caring. I would recommend this care company above others because they go above and beyond.
