Thank you to everyone at Bluebird care who have been looking after my father for the last few years.He passed away peacefully at home recently,the care and help he received from the carers made his last few weeks much more comfortable and enabled his family to be with him.From the carers through to the admin and management team the family would like to thank you all for bringing a smile to dads face.

All carers look after. my wife competently. Some go the extra mile and carry out household tasks on their own initiative It would be helpful if Bluebird could provide a weekly schedule showing the names of day and night carers

I am extremely pleased with the level of care the Bluebird provide. Its carers are of excellent character. They are attentive, caring & punctual.

Bluebird has been looking after my dad for 9 months and were especially supportive switching to care for my mum when dad went into hospital for a short period. Then more recently when dad returned home but mum (his main carer) went into hospital. The team always kept us aware of the visit schedule, with the same key carers at each visit, were prompt, very caring and always listened to what my parents needed.

Excellent! Office staff are amazing, go above and beyond for my dad and us, the family, very supportive, excellent communication really couldn't ask for better. Carers are amazing, very patient, always make sure Dad is ok and has everything he needs before leaving, will always do as much as they can with times allocated. I would recommend this care company, it certainly is one of the best I've known.

Both carers were excellent supporting my Dad with toilet, dressing and washing when he came up to stay over Christmas. Both arrived slightly early and both were caring and considerate. Very happy. One member of staff in particular deserves a mention as well as she arranged it all on very short notice. Thanks to you all.

Would highly recommend Bluebird Care. They have been looking after my nan for the last 10 months and they genuinely care about people and go above and beyond. From the first contact I've had with Bluebird, I've felt like my nan has been cared for incredibly.
