Bluebird carers have been looking after my mother and my father for quite a few months, they are polite, helpful and their customer service skills are excellent. The office staff are extremely helpful and will always give advice and help when needed. I cannot imagine life without them and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their elderly parents. Absolutely great service.

We are very satisfied with the care and attention received both by the administration team and the carer who visits. Time-keeping is excellent, my father is treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Patience is shown throughout each visit.

Three months ago I needed to find a local care provider for my 92-year-old dad. After researching local Facebook groups for recommendations I contacted Bluebirds. The managers were immediately friendly, reassuring and helpful. They kept in regular contact, came out frequently to see me and my dad. The care workers are amazing. They arrive on time, are willing to help with anything needed. They formed a great report with my dad and treated him with great dignity, warmth and humour which he really appreciated.
