I am very pleased with the care I recive. The carers are very nice kind and caring they give me the care I need to help me look after myself. They are always friendly, helpful.
Staff are kind, caring, helpful, considerate, friendly and understanding of needs.
Bluebird carers that have been assigned to my mum (aged 86) are courteous, kind, respectful and always listen to her needs. She has had carers 4 x daily for the past 2 years since falling, and after further 3 falls and they have built up her confidence, stamina to walk with a frame. They have encouraged her and supported when needed to help her to cook once again, so meals on wheels are no longer needed. Bluebird Care look after us very well. Our carers are so patient and kind and very well trained. We are always kept informed by the office of any problem and we can phone anytime if we need extra help or advice.

The carers are very proffesional, caring, patient and always reliable. They are a great help to us, and we find Bluebird care very efficient and alway avalable at the end of the phone.
During the ten days that my wife was home, she was visited four times, every day by the Bluebird Care carers. They were amazing and tenderly cared for her whilst she was slowly dying. Always told her what they were going to do and apologising when they needed to move her. They made her last moments as comfortable as possible and I have the utmost respect for their kindness and professionalism.
Done efficiently and without stress to myself.
