The care team at Bluebird do a wonderful job of taking care of my mum who has dementia. I live and work in the USA and the Bluebird team have really gone the extra mile to support mum since my own capabilities are limited. They have shown real flexibility to solve problems mum has encountered while keeping me up to date and informed of important developments. We have had first class treatment from Bluebird right from the beginning in December last year. The office support has been 5 star, with frequent visits until we settled in , and hands on help whenever it was needed. Our live in carer has worked out extremely well: she gets on well with my husband, and myself. has a good sense of humour, and keeps the house cleaner than it's ever been! An excellent service with attention to detail on all levels. Good communication and bluebird took special care of my mums needs. They were attentive and responsive. I was able to contact them easily and quickly.
All staff at the christchurch office have a good knowledge of mums problems and deal with all situations they go into with a caring thoughtful and professional attitude. They always make sure i am made aware of any incidents and if i am unable to deal they will.e.g calling doctors ,hair cuts etc. I feel communication is vital with keeping mum in her own home and what is provided by the team is excellent.

What a lovely lot of carers who always go the extra mile. Easy to talk to and easy to get hold of them available 24/7. Always treated with dignity no matter what. Do care, shopping, companionship and trips out.
Since my return home from 'hospitals' and 'care home' during 2020 and 2021, I have enjoyed the help I have received from the Bluebird carers who made visits during the morning period. They were all cheerful, helpful and offered to do any job within reason, also able to converse with them on everyday problems and talk about my family who live in Australia and New Zealand.
We have been using the services of Bluebird Care Ferndown since December 2020. During that time we have been extremely satisfied with the standard of care and support provided. The initial provision of our carer was arranged very sympathetically and have always believed that our needs have been foremost in the minds of those administrating the service.
