Thanks to everyone at Bluebird Care Gravesham and Dartford. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Support staff in the office are always happy to help. The carers have become invaluable to me; listening, helping and putting in place whatever they can do to help both Mum and myself. The carers visiting Mum are simply the best and we thank you all.

Personal care carried out well. Helpful in domestic tasks. Available to help with care tasks during the day. Live-in care post-hospital discharge was good and helped with the transition from hospital to home.

I have been with Bluebird Care Gravesham & Dartford receiving domiciliary care, for 7 years now and In that time have only received excellent care. I have found the carers and the office staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. They have always been prepared to do anything they can to make my life easier and safer.

Most of the carers are kind and friendly towards Mum. The timings are improved now and Mum is happier.

I'm generally pleased with the care I receive. My carers arrive each morning on time and go through my normal routine thoroughly. They always ask if there is anything else I need and seem happy to complete any extra task such as hair wash etc. I'm pleased that recently I have received weekly rotas (emailed), as I used to do and have not been informed of changes which may not be possible. The office are always polite and helpful.
