Staff are kind and respectful, always letting family know of any issues. They are very flexible and go out of their way to make the level of care good/excellent.
Bluebird Care is pretty good and consistent with any action to be taken to look after myself and my wife.

I am extremely pleased with the level of service received from our regular carer. She is a kind, sympathetic and knowledgeable person who shows extreme patience with my wife who has suffered from Parkinson's for 27 years. Our carer readily responds to different situations with professionalism and understanding. She has a pleasant approach that lifts each day for us. Contact with the office staff is easy and they readily respond to our requests and suggestions.
Extremely satisfied. Some of the foreign carers take a little longer to settle in but my husband has never made any complaint.
A tailor-made package as required to enable my father to live independently.

I have found Bluebird Care (Gravesham & Dartford)to be extremely good. They have helped me to recuperate after my spinal surgery. The staff have been supportive and easy to get along with. They have even looked after my dog and walked him.
