Bluebird Care was recommended to me by a friend who had used them in the past . My mother basically became bed bound and we needed to get immediate care for her . I called you and a representative came out in less than an hour . Mum was assessed and a profile bed etc was ordered so that care could be carried out . We have 2 main carers who are absolutely fantastic with her, who i feel go above and beyond what i thought good care was . A huge thank you to everyone who has been involved

Maria and the team at Bluebird Care were extremely helpful and a delight to work with, providing daily visits for my Mother which then escalated to a Live in Carer. Very professional and considerate. Highly recommended.

The care that my father has received has been excellent. When he first came out of hospital they made sure they put him at ease so straight away he felt secure. I can't speak highly enough as that made my life much easier knowing dad was in capable hands.

Returning from hospital after a complete mental and physical breakdown - caused mainly by my wife's agressive dementia in our house in Hampton, Middlesex, I arrived at my faughters' house in Ripley in a state of total confusion, with the help of Guildford Bluebird Care, and my two daughters, I am now recovering well, and able to cope with minimum assistance. I continue to improve my self-confidence and ability.

Our experience of Bluebird (Guildford Godalming and Surrey Heath) has been exceptional from the moment I made the first call hoping a care package could be put in place within a couple of days so my mother could leave hospital and it was. The two carers were so skilled, helpful and kind and put my mother totally at ease - we are so grateful. Management was always responsive and totally committed to supporting us - nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this service enough. Thank you to you all.

My mother finds the carers very pleasant and obliging. Access to the Bluebird system allows us to read the carers' notes and advise mum on any changes to the visiting schedule. Any important issues are notified to us by phone as well as being included in the notes. Mum has taken surprisingly well to having carers visit which is down to the staff.

My father and I have always found all carers to be kind, considerate and thoughtful. Always arrive on time. My father found it difficult at first having to bring carers in to help him after having a couple of severe falls.
