The care we receive is excellent. The workers always turn up on time. If for any reason they would be late they always call us. They do everything that's on the care plan. They always ask if there's anything else needed done before they leave.
Our experience with Bluebird has been positive from the start. Mom's carers are very respectful to her and take very good care of her. Mom is relaxed and happy to be in her own home. The management do regular checks on mom and keep in regular contact with us as well which is very reassuring . We're very happy with the service.
Claire has been excellent, I have absolutely no complaints and she has exceeded our expectations. I think as a company, Bluebird could be better at communicating. There has been a few times I've had to chase for confirmations of times and dates. I've also raised issues with the app not showing appointments more than 7 days in advance. I was advised the appointments could be emailed but this never materialised. Instead I've been communicating directly with Claire who has been great
Bluebird Care Inverclyde & Renfrewshire have been an excellent choice by providing additional care for my independent mum who will be 99 years young in November. My mum looks forward to the weekly visits from the carers of Bluebird Care who currently provide her with companionship and a good friendly chat and a nice cup of tea. Thank you very much to Bluebird Care for the service and support received from all the team.
Excellent service
Excellent, reliable service. The worker is highly attuned to the service user's needs and is always punctual, cheerful and helpful. Organising the care schedule is easy and the service is very flexible, and responsive to our particular needs.
My partner has received excellent support from Bluebird Care. The service has been incredibly easy to work with in terms of responsiveness to calls and email communication. The professionalism is outstanding. We are very grateful to have this kind of support to ensure my partner can attend his work and have everything in place to deliver his lectures.

I have just started using Bluebird Care Inverclyde and Renfrewshire in the last few weeks and their support has been absolutely excellent. I get Access to Work funding to help me pay for a support person when I'm at college teaching and the people from Bluebird who have been supporting me have been brilliant.
