Since then there has been first-rate communications both in terms of the care, invoicing and interest in service users welfare when one or other is or has received medical treatment. The care that the supervisor and care assistants have given us has been outstanding. Our children and other relatives live far away and the carers have come to feel to us like members of our extended family. We have not only received help with physical needs but also for our emotional wellbeing. They have been brilliant at communicating with my husband who is unable to speak.
