I have a dear friend who is in a wonderful care home in Manchester and I live 100+miles away on Anglesey North Wales. I hold PoA and I am her RPR. Although we speak on the telephone everyday i am not able to visit her as much as I would like to. We as her sons and mums partner were really struggling with mums hygiene over the weekend and found it difficult to help her wash and get changed. Since we contacted Bluebird it took the weight of the world off our shoulders. I have to say that the carers that have been are absolutely amazing. By far the best we have used and us really appreciated

The Bluebird care team were amazing looking after my Aunt. I felt quite daunted at the start as I was a novice to the whole process . Salma and the team put everyone at ease and guided us through it. The care team are so lovely and helpful, always prompt, flexible and attentive. I would not hesitate in recommending the Bluebird care team.

Bluebird have always gone above & beyond to make sure they fulfill my brothers needs! The staff are all extremely hard working, and compassionate! I always enjoy having them here. Its like they are a part of the family!

The Blue Bird Team are amazing, a lovely group of support staff and carers that have looked after my mum. They are very professional, trustworthy and extremely accommodating. Without them I don't know how I would have managed, they are there for us when ever we need them, they make my mum feel safe and secure which means the world to us as a family, I couldn't be happier with their care and support. I decided to change from NHS to private care. I have not been disappointed. My care has been excellent. I have no complaints.

Bluebird gives me piece of mind that there is someone coming in during the day to check on my aunt as I have to work. I have never had a problem and the staff have been friendly. I never had any issues with this company and when I had to contact management they have always responded quickly.

Bluebird Care has been very good to work with in developing gradually increasing care and support for mum. The team is accessible and responsive and have been flexible about mums support and sensitive to her needs. The care and support workers are well presented, caring, respectful and considerate and always interactive and cheerful. We are very pleased with the service and have confidence in the care workers.
