Bluebird have always gone above & beyond to make sure they fulfill my brothers needs! The staff are all extremely hard working, and compassionate! I always enjoy having them here. Its like they are a part of the family!

The Blue Bird Team are amazing, a lovely group of support staff and carers that have looked after my mum. They are very professional, trustworthy and extremely accommodating. Without them I don't know how I would have managed, they are there for us when ever we need them, they make my mum feel safe and secure which means the world to us as a family, I couldn't be happier with their care and support. They are the best.

I decided to change from NHS to private care. I have not been disappointed. My care has been excellent. I have no complaints.

Bluebird gives me piece of mind that there is someone coming in during the day to check on my aunt as I have to work. I have never had a problem and the staff have been friendly. I never had any issues with this company and when I had to contact management they have always responded quickly.

Bluebird Care has been very good to work with in developing gradually increasing care and support for mum. The team is accessible and responsive and have been flexible about mums support and sensitive to her needs. The care and support workers are well presented, caring, respectful and considerate and always interactive and cheerful. We are very pleased with the service and have confidence in the care workers.

It is my honest opinion that the care my father recieves from the Bluebird staff is somewhat exceptional. All staff I have met are extremely friendly and attentive. There is one member of staff who definitley goes out of her way to ensure my dad is more than comfortable and would go as far as saying that she sees it more than a job, its like looking after a family member. What a beautiful person.

Bluebird Care has provided an excellent care and support service for my mum during the past twelve months. Both the carers and management staff are dependable, friendly and readily adaptable to the needs of the person being cared for and the family itself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

I was visiting my friend while the carer came, she was so lovely and very caring towards my friend as well as professional. She was very thorough and I could tell my friend felt at ease with her, she was polite and very patient.
