Bluebird Care are supportive and are client-centred, hence acknowledging and catering to required tasks and requirements. Additionally, staff and management utilise good time management and positive communication, thus there have been no delays in their response to any questions. I would recommend Bluebird to friends and family.

I had been with BlueBird care for a couple of months now, their service is really great. They go above and beyond, Blue bird staff is really friendly and flexible which is great as I am a student with a timetable that changes all the time. The management team had been very supportive and accommodating toward my need like when I had appointments or my uni schedule had changed they were able to change my care calls accordingly on a short notice. During a very stressful time for my mother, who needed overnight care, the manager and her team went out of their way to fulfil all my mother's needs. We struggled to find anybody who covered overnight and can't praise them enough for their help and, in particular, my mum loved her foot massages! If you want to feel confident in the care you will receive, I would definitely recommend Bluebird.
