Bluebird staff has been my lifeline over the last two years. They have been excellent in looking after my dad's needs & supporting me in every way possible.

All carers are very helpful & caring. I am always treated with dignity for not only do carers meet my needs they always ask my husband if he needs anything doing too. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Bluebird are very good & overall pleased with their care. Karen, Rebecca & Alessia are very good, friendly, proffessional & listen to you if any problems. My Dad really likes them & is very comfortable with them. I would recommend them to anyone & I know everyone would be pleased with their care.

I like the carers I am familiar with - Aya, Rebecca, Sue in particular. I have had a lot of new people recently and that makes me nervous. I would prefer a smaller number of regulars.

Both Mum and I are very happy with the service provided by Bluebird. All staff that we have come into contact with have been friendly, helpful and professional and we have always experienced quick response times.

On setting up Carer's visits we hoped to have "wet shave, shower and hair wash" twice a week. Unfortunately we found that a wet shave would not be possible because of use of blade and health and safety issues. The carer who came for the two visits was genuinely a pleasant person and very efficient in both the job and cleaning up afterwards, but without the shave we felt we could continue with shower and hair wash satisfactorily ourselves and decided to opt out at the present time.
