On setting up Carer's visits we hoped to have "wet shave, shower and hair wash" twice a week. Unfortunately we found that a wet shave would not be possible because of use of blade and health and safety issues. The carer who came for the two visits was genuinely a pleasant person and very efficient in both the job and cleaning up afterwards, but without the shave we felt we could continue with shower and hair wash satisfactorily ourselves and decided to opt out at the present time. Bluebird are providing excellent care for my Dad. Always on time. Very caring, friendly. My Dad is very happy with them looking after his care. Would highly recommend, I am extremely happy with all the staff I have met.

The carers are always on time with the time slot we have asked for They are very good at completing all the requirements to look after my father They stay till the expected time slot has finished Always very friendly and smiling Always accommodating when asking to re arrange time of day for due to appointments They are very professional I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family

From the first assessment meeting to the start of the care, Bluebird has been very professional and friendly. My mother has nothing but praise for the two carers who attend to her care needs. At the moment she has help with washing and dressing because she is finding it more difficult now her mobility is deteriorating. From the first contact via a phone call, they were very warm and made me feel at ease. It's an emotional time when you decide you need help to look after a loved one. On meeting my mum, they made her feel very comfortable and were very thorough on wanting to meet her needs. Mum's care started this week and she appears to be happy and adapting well to all of the changes. I've asked Mum's opinion and she said her carer is very nice.
