I like the carers I am familiar with - Aya, Rebecca, Sue in particular. I have had a lot of new people recently and that makes me nervous. I would prefer a smaller number of regulars.

Both Mum and I are very happy with the service provided by Bluebird. All staff that we have come into contact with have been friendly, helpful and professional and we have always experienced quick response times.

On setting up Carer's visits we hoped to have "wet shave, shower and hair wash" twice a week. Unfortunately we found that a wet shave would not be possible because of use of blade and health and safety issues. The carer who came for the two visits was genuinely a pleasant person and very efficient in both the job and cleaning up afterwards, but without the shave we felt we could continue with shower and hair wash satisfactorily ourselves and decided to opt out at the present time. The carers are always on time with the time slot we have asked for They are very good at completing all the requirements to look after my father They stay till the expected time slot has finished Always very friendly and smiling Always accommodating when asking to re arrange time of day for due to appointments They are very professional I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family

From the first assessment meeting to the start of the care, Bluebird has been very professional and friendly. My mother has nothing but praise for the two carers who attend to her care needs. At the moment she has help with washing and dressing because she is finding it more difficult now her mobility is deteriorating.
