Bluebird are providing excellent care for my Dad. Always on time. Very caring, friendly. My Dad is very happy with them looking after his care. Would highly recommend, I am extremely happy with all the staff I have met.

The carers are always on time with the time slot we have asked for They are very good at completing all the requirements to look after my father They stay till the expected time slot has finished Always very friendly and smiling Always accommodating when asking to re arrange time of day for due to appointments They are very professional I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family

From the first assessment meeting to the start of the care, Bluebird has been very professional and friendly. My mother has nothing but praise for the two carers who attend to her care needs. At the moment she has help with washing and dressing because she is finding it more difficult now her mobility is deteriorating. She sees the same carers each time so she knows who will be turning up rather than having a different person each time. This is important to my mum who is 94 years old. Although it's early days, Mother confirms that the staff are friendly and efficient as well as punctual, caring and health and safety conscious. So far she's very pleased with the service she's getting and doesn't have anything negative to say.

From the first contact via a phone call, they were very warm and made me feel at ease. It's an emotional time when you decide you need help to look after a loved one. On meeting my mum, they made her feel very comfortable and were very thorough on wanting to meet her needs. Mum's care started this week and she appears to be happy and adapting well to all of the changes. I've asked Mum's opinion and she said her carer is very nice.

We contacted Bluebird Care on a recommendation from a work colleague of mine who already uses them. I am so glad that we did contact them. The Manager came out to meet Mum and Dad initially just for a chat and to find out about them and there needs and what would improve their day-to-day quality of life. After speaking to the manager, they 100% decided that yes they needed help and found the manager a very caring and trusting person. So the manager got the ball rolling. From the first online chat to the initial contact with the manager and all through this process I can't fault the manager for her excellent service. She's been so good at keeping in touch and getting the whole story from us about what our parent's needs were then sorting out their care package to suit them and help take the pressure off the family. I have had the nominated carer for two weeks now - four days at 1 hour a day - Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday... In the short time she has been coming, I am very happy with her performance. She is so very pleasant and friendly and always on time. As my husband and I age, we will need more assistance in the house but at present, we only need 1 hour a day as we have an excellent lady who cleans the house every Tuesday. I, at present, am able to do light duties like preparing meals etc.
