From our first point of contact with the company, we have found them to be very friendly and understanding. Acceptable to change in times and days when required. We have been pleasantly surprised by the care taken in assessing and supporting our mum over the past six months. The initial assessment was thorough and considered with follow-up to review if all was working satisfactorily. Our mum's needs and preferences were taken into account to make small adjustments to care provided and the team were helpful and flexible to add extra support to enable us, as sole family carers, to take a holiday. Very happy with the overall care. My mum has started to build a good relationship with certain carers. The manager keeps in touch and actively finds activities that would be good for my mum to attend and also that carers can take her to. The staff ensure they keep in contact with us and have reviews to make sure my mum is getting the care she requires.
