My father's been having you care for him for over a year. On many occasions, the carers have been late, with no phone call to him to tell him. But, when the staff arrive they treat him with utmost respect, caring for all his needs. Thank you.

Thank you for the excellent care your staff have given my father-in-law. After he initially didn't want a male carer and was persuaded to give one a try, he has now found a new friend. Now he would be happy to see this carer every day. We have never been present when this carer has been there for him, but we had CCTV installed in his house for safety and security.
