During the past year of the Covid pandemic we have continued to receive the support of the Bluebird carers, which has been invaluable. Mum looks forward to their visits and they provide support in a helpful and friendly manner.

Living abroad, it is a comfort to know that the Bluebird Girls (as we call them!) are there for my mother. I’ve found them to be very helpful and efficient and, importantly, easy to contact even from overseas. They are flexible too, happy to cancel their visits for a week whenever I’m over visiting my mother, to let us make the most of our time together. The manager and her team have made a huge difference to my Mother’s life. My Mother was very reticent about having carers when she came out of hospital to return home. As daughters we live a long way away, go regularly but care was needed daily. The carers have built up lovely, trusting relationships and are a lifeline to Mum, even more so during the C19 lockdown. I have found Bluebird Care amazing since joining them last year. After an awful experience with my previous provider, it's been a real breath of fresh air. Their professionalism alongside their very caring nature always has me reassured. I would happily recommend Bluebird to my friends and family.

Switched to Bluebird after inconsistent service from a previous provider. Seem excellent so far. More continuity with a regular carer. More regular in timings. And more professional all-round - helpful and willing to go above and beyond. In spite of the coronavirus pandemic, they are maintaining standards. My father seems happier with the quality of the carers - they chat to him and spend more time on his (relatively straightforward) needs. Good punctual communication with the office too. Very pleased so far.

I live in Canada and have only met my parents Bluebird carers occasionally when I visit them in Wales. Those I have met seemed very pleasant and helpful. They are very reliable and it's wonderful to know my parents are well looked after. Whenever I have phoned or emailed Bluebird myself they are extremely efficient and I've been very happy with their service.

I find being a service user eased by the care and compassion that the Bluebird care providers give, so helpful. Having to be dependant on others when you are 51-yrs-old and normally very independent is not too bad now as they are lovely people to chat with too. The fact that they come twice a day which has helped ease the difficulties I have now with my disabilities, personal care is great, hair washing, showering, dressing assistance and help with food preparation. Have been excellent. Gone above and beyond. If washing up in the sink from last night will not leave it. Go to the local shop for birthday cards, tins of beans and shepherds pie, etc. Always get a receipt. Are excellent in my personal care and always go at my speed, not theirs.
