I do not like when the times agreed are changed, and I am not notified. I would rather the office contact me to let me know. The carers are excellent, very helpful, polite and caring. They always meet my needs and go beyond what is necessary. I look forward to them visiting and helping me.

Excellent, friendly service, enabling parents to be given dignity and respect as they get older. They always welcome their visits. The services provided are extremely helpful and are essential in giving a good quality of life.

The care that is given to my sister is excellent. When she is showered they treat her with respect and dignity and enjoys the conversations while being showered. All staff are friendly and reliable. She really enjoys the company of the carer when she goes out on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturdays.

I have received such excellent care from day one, almost four years ago. The carers have provided kindness, love, compassion, patience and understanding. The management also deserves the highest recommendation. Immaculate attention and solutions to every problem. I could not ask for more! So my most sincere gratitude. May god bless you all.
I rely on Bluebird care Pontypool and Ebbw Vale to help assist my mother in her day-to-day life following a stroke. Her aphasia means she is unable to speak, so communication back and forth to the girls who provide the care and their management is essential and the ease in which it is done is exemplary. Overall experience good. The office staff are efficient and polite. Caring staff very respectful and attentive. All add to a good team.
