Teams of Bluebird carers gave palliative care to my wife. She told me that they all seemed to have found their true vocation, and that they were all compassionate, caring, patient, calm and anticipatory. The overall standard of staff and management was excellent in her opinion.

Overall I am happy with the service that Bluebird provide. I need help getting out for an hour once a week. The support workers have always been helpful and friendly. My only real complaint is that I rarely get to see the same worker for more than a couple of weeks. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone who needs help.

We are really happy with the care that dad is recieving from Bluebird. The carers are kind, knowledgable and compassionate. They are quick to pass on information about his needs when they arise and inform us quickly of any medication and health issues. On the two occasions I have met them they were very caring and respectful towards my husband. They know they can wake me if they have any concerns and always inform me if they need me to call the nurses. Very happy with the service and feel reassured my husband is looked after during the night

The carers are always polite and smartly dressed. They are vigilant in monitoring any areas of skin that may become red and take particular care to use cream to protect the skin. They are cheerful and talk to the client as appropriate.

My auntie has been receiving night roaming calls for 5 weeks, it's a comfort knowing someone is visiting her twice through the night. The carers leave a comprehensive report on the app of what they have done and any queries have been dealt with promptly by a message on the app or a phone call to the office.
