All of the carers who look after me are wonderful. They are smiley, friendly, kind and caring and nothing is too much trouble. They always respect my dignity and I feel very comfortable and at ease when they visit. Over the time they have been looking after me I have gotten to know them all and consider them good friends. I couldn't do without them and am very grateful and feel very lucky. Thank you.

Bluebird Care Sheffield have some lovely carers who are kind, friendly and have a good rapport with my husband. They go the extra mile for him.

Bluebird Care Sheffield cared for my dad in the final 6 months of his life. The carers were wonderful and treated my dad with dignity and respect. As well as being highly professional they also found time to talk to him and laugh with him which I know made his days bearable. They also found time to talk to my mum who, now my dad has passed away, misses their daily visits. I would definitely recommend Bluebird Care Sheffield.

All at Bluebird Care have been amazing over the years and provide an outstanding service to me and my husband. They go above and beyond for us, and we couldn’t be happier. The care workers can’t do enough and are warm and welcoming when visiting us.

Bluebird Care has given continuous, reliable and caring support to my mum, including on days when she has been delirious, they worked with her and in contact with their office to make sure Mum got what she needed. I would definitely recommend them.

At this very sad time, we as a close family have been overwhelmed by the wonderful, caring and respectful way that my son has been cared for. Always so smart and on time, warm and friendly, and always welcome in my home. It has made this heartbreak more warm and loving for us all. We could not have wished for better, and I will be so grateful for the rest of my life, as will my family.

Management have always been professional and helpful. Everyone is very friendly and respectful. The care is dependent on the actual carer visiting. The majority are good, some are excellent and one or two were poor but after complaining to management, they no longer visit and fees were refunded. We use Open Pass. You do have to monitor the notes after each visit. We comment on good and poor care. Management usually responds to comments.

Excellent service from start of care to date of death of my Dad. The staff were amazing. The care, not just for Dad, but the whole family was just perfect. As a senior nurse, my standards are high and they were not only met but exceeded. The fast track team training is evident. They all became like family. We laughed and cried together with the carers. Caught one of them even doing a dance with him to 50's music. Literally angels work for Bluebird. We thank you from the bottom of our heats.
