We're often having to make changes to my brother's visit times due to medical unforeseens and the system is so well managed that it's never caused problems. Complete respect and understanding in both directions! The individual carers have proved reliable, considerate and hardworking.. can't think what we'd do without them!
My Father has used Bluebird Care for a few months. Your services were recommended by a friend after some issues using a different care provider. She informed us although bluebird care were a little more expensive , the service was a much better quality. So far we have been happy with the care provided for him. The carers actually care about their clients and will go above and beyond the basic care . They are much more aware than other care providers and we are very happy with them.
We are very pleased with the care the girls are giving they take care when showering and look for Anything that might cause problems like sores etc, and report it back to the team or advise me to contact the doctor, the team are always on hand if I need help
I am very happy with the care given to my auntie. The team are very professional, friendly and caring. Communication is easy. My auntie has formed some great bonds with the carers and really enjoys their visits.
I am so grateful to BlueBird and the Team supporting my Mother. The management team are excellent, always doing their best to remain flexible and collaborative and each of team members are conscientious and proactive.
We have found over the last few months, the start times for the morning and evening care visits have been inconsistent which is not helping with my wife's daily routine. Apart from this we are happy with the general level of service.
The Bluebird staff are always extremely helpful, friendly, and genuinely caring. Their support has made a real difference, and we feel confident and reassured knowing they are there. We would happily recommend Bluebird to any friends or family who find themselves in need of reliable and compassionate care.
My stepson has only been with Bluebird for about 6 months now but during that time he has really settled in and enjoying their visits. The carers have been punctual, polite, helpful, friendly and hardworking, often going that extra mile. He always looks forward to their company and going out with them when he can. My son always looks forward to his weekly visit and enjoys a friendly chat. The carer is consistently kind and patient and still finds time to clean his flat and encourage his participation and to help sort out some of his untidiness.
