It gives me great peace of mind to know that a lovely, kind team of carers are looking after my mother. The carers have gone beyond what is asked of them. They make her laugh and feel cared for. They have given me advice and tips on how to help care for my mother, who has Alzheimer's Disease. As care needs to be increased, this is discussed in a kind and thoughtful manner - nothing is imposed.

We have had Bluebird Care South Somerset for over 18-months for my father, who now lives at home with us. The team are exemplary and have met Dad's needs with professionalism and empathy. The team lead expertise is a constant source of support and advice, particularly during a very difficult few months as Dads health has deteriorated. We contacted BlueBird following a recommendation on Next Door. My mother in law is staying with us for 8 days before she moves in permanently in January. She is not the easiest and can sometimes be challenging. We have had a few different carers over the last week and they have all been fantastic - very professional, patient and caring. My family has found Bluebird Care very helpful and reliable in caring for our mother over the last 8 months. They are flexible and responsive to requests and carry out their tasks efficiently. Their support has been essential during the pandemic. Mum especially values the friendliness of her carers as the social aspect of the visits is particularly important at the current time of restrictions.

Bluebird provided live-in care for my bed-ridden father in the final three weeks of his life. I cannot fault the care provided. The live-in carer who stepped in at very short notice did an amazing job looking after Dad full time as well as getting up to speed so quickly with the domestic management of his bungalow – mastering the kitchen appliances, making sure the bins went out on the right day, and generally keeping the place clean and spotless. My dad has been looked after by Bluebird staff for a couple of years now and I have always been very happy with their service. I would happily recommend Bluebird to anyone else. They initially came to help us out in an emergency and have stayed ever since.

Bluebird Care South Somerset looked after my terminally ill wife for quite a few weeks. They came three times a day to look after her hygiene etc and I could not fault them. They were very caring, professional and went out of their way to make sure she was as comfortable as possible.

I feel this is a good service and allows me to remain living at home. They do a good job. I have no complaints. I would like to thank all the staff at Bluebird Care. This company is a real need for me to remain at home. Bluebird Care has organised the company and carers very well during Covid-19
