Bluebird Care have provided outstanding care, from domiciliary to live in. They have always been kind, considerate and efficient in their delivery of my aunt's care needs and wishes. Bluebird remained our constant until my aunt sadly passed away recently. I would highly recommend Bluebird if you are looking for a bespoke care package that considers your loved one and their families.

We are very happy with our lovely live in carer. She cares for our mum to the highest standards, mum loves her and so do we! She's very kind, cooks homemade food for mum and chats, they do puzzles together and this gives us peace of mind, knowing mum is safe and well cared for.

I have used Bluebird Care Southend and Rochford until recently as my father sadly passed away on the 19th of December 2023. The carers who came in twice a day to deal with his personal care needs were lovely. My father had a good relationship with them all and they were professional, compassionate and a credit to Bluebird. On behalf of my father, thank you for everything you did for him over the last few months.

Bluebird Care provide services to both my parents who have vastly different needs; one is physically very ill and the other has dementia. Over the last year they have been great, all the carers are skilled and able to relate, be kind to and support them. As a company, they are professional, responsive and as much as is possible, give us peace of mind as their children.
