'Bluebird' give a very satisfactory service which I am very pleased with. Carers are all extremely pleasant and caring and a pleasure to have them coming into your home.
Bluebird have been nothing but supportive since the first phone call I made to them enquiring about their services. They have endeavoured to accommodate all the increasing support we needed over the weeks. From the initial assessment meeting to the ongoing business of arranging rotas, the administrative personnel were professional, efficient, patient and reassuring. All carers have been fantastic and supported Mum in a very respectful and personal way; making an effort to find out her interests and what is important to her. The office also communicates quickly and efficiently, supporting the family and the carers on a day to day basis. One particular carer has been outstanding!

Bluebird Care is an excellent care company. My husband has been cared for by them for the last 12 months and has had excellent care from all the staff. They treat us like one of the family we would recommend them to anyone. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
My aunt has used Bluebird Care for some time. Recently she has deteriorated and they have stepped up to support both of us, increasing care visits with little, if any, notice. All carers are pleasant, professional and extremely kind individuals looking after my aunt as I would myself. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are supportive in a crisis but don't make it into a drama.
