Bluebird looked after my parents for 7 months and this enabled them to stay in their own home. Eventually they needed 24 hour care and so have moved into a care home. The carers stayed much longer than their set times on several occasions in emergencies and dealt with many problems and difficulties. These guys are amazing! My mother was in hospital after an operation for weeks when fit to come home. Bluebird went out of their way to home assess and create a comprehensive care plan in order to get her home for Christmas with a full care package (one of the worst packages to cover). They had everything sorted within days and the carers have been fantastic with Mother who can be stubborn and was quite emotional after her ordeal at the hospital.
