We have found all carers very friendly and efficient. They always check that all things are done from their instructions. We have no criticism at all and are very happy to have such excellent service.

Bluebird Care have been caring for my dad for over a month now and we find them all good, caring and doing a wonderful job. The company as a whole are caring, looking after our dad and also us as a family. They are helpful, kind and considerate.

The care package being purchased and then provided by Bluebird is ideal and meets our requirements. The care is personalised and both my aunt and uncle feel safe and are well cared for by regular carers.

Very good care by professional friendly staff. Very proactive in reporting and discussing possible problems, e.g a red patch of skin that could possibly result in a pressure sore with possible preventative actions on both their and my part.

I had been looking for domiciliary end-of-life care for my dad, as the company in situ at the time were much below the required standard (appalling). When searching, I spoke to Sally at Bluebird as I had heard of good reviews. Sadly, Bluebird was full to capacity, but during our short 15-minute call, the care supervisor took the time to listen, showing more care and compassion than the care company in situ had done in 3 days, thank you, keep doing what you do, you are just perfect and a credit to Bluebird.
