Very good care by professional friendly staff. Very proactive in reporting and discussing possible problems, e.g a red patch of skin that could possibly result in a pressure sore with possible preventative actions on both their and my part.

I had been looking for domiciliary end-of-life care for my dad, as the company in situ at the time were much below the required standard (appalling). When searching, I spoke to Sally at Bluebird as I had heard of good reviews. Sadly, Bluebird was full to capacity, but during our short 15-minute call, the care supervisor took the time to listen, showing more care and compassion than the care company in situ had done in 3 days, thank you, keep doing what you do, you are just perfect and a credit to Bluebird.

So far, we find Bluebird Care excellent. No problems with any of the carers. Mum seems quite happy, and we are happy that she is getting care at home, which gives me peace of mind as well.

I have no complaints with Bluebird Care at all. Carers are all delightful; they work well for me. Office staff are always willing to help. Everyone is very pleasant.

We are very pleased with the standard of care provided for our mum. Mum is treated with dignity and her concerns and views are listened to. She is treated with respect and love. The office staff are always supportive and the communication between carers and the office is excellent. The system is invaluable. Most notes are very informative.
