Very happy with the service we received for Mum. Staff are punctual, friendly and really on top of the care they provide. Office staff also help greatly and go the extra mile to contact doctors, etc when required.

My daughter has carers to visit the day centre twice weekly. The carers from Bluebird are very good with her. They meet her every need with dignity and compassion.

Bluebird is an excellent care services provider. They provide a very good level of care using staff who are clearly caring, well trained and well looked after by their employer. The office staff also provide a very good service, are very friendly and keep the family up to date with any issues causing concern or where due to unforeseen circumstances any changes need to be made to visit times. Carers are very aware of my mother's needs and are very patient and understanding.
