Bluebird is an excellent care services provider. They provide a very good level of care using staff who are clearly caring, well trained and well looked after by their employer. The office staff also provide a very good service, are very friendly and keep the family up to date with any issues causing concern or where due to unforeseen circumstances any changes need to be made to visit times. Carers are very aware of my mother's needs and are very patient and understanding.

The carers are all very professional and go the extra mile to ensure that my parents are comfortable and supported. We very much feel that Bluebird is enabling dad to stay in his own home.
