This is my dad's first experience of having home care and he is very happy with the care staff and their level of training to support him in a respectful way whilst maintaining dignity and being well-informed about unique individual plans, reporting procedures and boundaries surrounding client/carer roles.

The carers are really good, very professional, kind, compassionate and very thorough. They always listen carefully when I explain to them new things about my care and nothing ever seems too much. We are a month into care with Bluebird. From the first meeting, I felt confident with this company. Always swift to respond to messages, which enforces that confidence, and visit notes mean we can check on what's happening practically in real-time. The staff listened to our specific needs and concerns and have implemented them to our satisfaction. I would definitely be confident in recommending Bluebird.
My husband has been receiving care from this care agency for only just over two months but we are delighted with the whole situation. The staff are extremely caring and attentive as well as being very friendly. They always arrive on time and are well organised.
