I have nothing but praise for this company. That includes carers and management. Nothing is too much trouble and many, many times they have gone above and beyond to help us. If there is any problem, they will phone us to let us know what is happening (though this is not very often). The carers have arrived with masks, gloves, and aprons at all times. To be honest they have become an extension to our family.

We called on Bluebird care when my mother in Law was due home following emergency respite care and a spell in hospital. Her health had declined quickly. She had been living independently. She was eventually diagnosed with Dementia Alzheimer's. Bluebird Care was very accommodating. They arranged an assessment and care cover really quickly, so there was no gap in provision following the end of the NHS cover. Came highly recommended and let us down at every opportunity, from not being able to gain access to the house through an unlocked door to missing out shower calls on 3 separate occasions, massively overpriced for the standard of care that is provided, would not recommend!
