The care provided to my Mum over nearly three years was exceptional. The live-in carers were always kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring, treating Mum with dignity and respect at all times. It gave our family great reassurance knowing she was in such safe and capable hands. Bluebird Care came highly recommended to us and I would recommend to others without hesitation. As the daughter, I found them always helpful and understanding at the end of the phone and in person. I know that Mum, reluctant about any kind of care, came to trust and rely upon her Bluebird carers and to enjoy their company. It was important for her to have a more sociable afternoon visit once a week as well as the regular evening ones for personal care.
I highly recommend Bluebird Care West Dorset. They are kind, thoughtful, professional and very patient. They go above and beyond. I live eighty miles away from my uncle, so Bluebird are my eyes and ears. They keep me informed and nothing is too much trouble, knowing Bluebird are around is such a relief. Thank you.
We are very happy with the service Bluebird provides. The team are so helpful and each individual carer always goes the extra mile. They came to our rescue following an accident, I broke my leg and care for my husband. They helped us so much, we couldn’t have got through without them and have kept using them on reduced hours now that I have recovered. All the carers are professionals and kind, thank you.
As with all interactions, one is more comfortable with some carers than others. It would be nice to be able to choose but realise this is not possible. However, we are happy with them all.
The staff are very kind and very thorough and see to my mum very professionally and very thoroughly each morning.
From January 2023 I have been with Bluebird Care. This company provide plenty of great care, laughter and joy. They started working with me in January this year and it's been an amazing experience so far. From the management down to the carers, fantastic team.
The carers who visit my dad are excellent. They are friendly, kind and knowledgeable, providing a very high standard of care. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Dad looks forward to their visit, they always make time to chat with Dad, which is just as important as the care they give him. Thank you.
Bluebird provides a first-class service and have done since Mum has been a client. They treat Mum with respect, are very punctual and are always available for me to deal with if I need them. The level of care they give Mum is very good. Thank you, Bluebird.
