It has been good to know that Mum has been having regular carers in during Covid-19 when the family have been unable to visit. She gets on well with all her carers and they take good care of her. Communications have been good with the office and it is nice to be able to use the app so that we can see what has been happening at each visit.
Very good but I wish the carers would let us know the day before when cancelling and I would like the same person on my shower days.
The care ladies all do an excellent job and are kind and do everything with dignity, with excellent care and understanding. I could not be able without them. I call them my lovely blue angels.
