They treat my friend with the utmost dignity and always ensure he is happy before leaving. Communication with the management team is excellent - again, nothing is too much trouble. If an issue arises, the management team goes above and beyond to rectify it. I am happy that my friend is getting the best possible care from Bluebird Care Wolverhampton.

Very satisfied with service. Carers very friendly and caring. They don't rush Mum and are able to use their own initiative to do any tasks around the house. Would recommend.

Friendly and willing to help in my daily life so I can stay home and not have the worry of having to go into a home Carers are always on time and polite to me and willing to help me by cleaning and sometimes just talking.
