These people are delusional. I scheduled an appointment with a $55 service fee (which I was happy to pay) to see what I was looking at for a tank flow valve to be replaced along with a water line knob replacement and *possible reset. My technician, Joseph M., looked me in my eyes and with a straight face told me $251 for a WATER SUPPLY LINE.
