I contacted Bluefrog after reading the great reviews. My first appointment never showed, missed half days work for a no show. The next appointment I agreed to the quote for my plumbing repair and set the appointment to fix my problem the following Friday. They called July 20th saying my part hasn't been received and will call once it comes in. I talked to the owner of Bluefrog and was promised this would get fixed before my knee replacement surgery.
