Valerie harassed me about payment 2 seconds after repair completed after time window communicated. Alfredo did an excellent job and very knowledgable. Will not use again.

It's normal for us to ask for payment after completing the job but once you mentioned you need a bit more time to make payment I let you know that would be no problem whatsoever and that we can work with you. Besides that I'm happy you are very happy with our knowledgeable plumber and his excellent service. Hopefully you will reconsider and try us again in the future 🙏
Charge was considerably higher than quoted. Can’t ever refer this company or recommend

Hi Odis, after reviewing case you were charged $258 and that is exactly what you paid. You even left the plumber a $30 tip for his good work. After speaking with you, you mentioned what made you upset was the parts required for the job cost more than you expected but you had the receipts and only paid retail price for those parts so there was no overcharge there and everything was very transparent. These guys have a $35 coming out fee which is not mentioned clearly anywhere that I could see it. They sent me 3 emails/texts but never mentioned it once. Also no mention of it in the Q&A about pricing. Also the quote was the highest of 4 others i got on Thumbtack and no one else charged a fee for the quote. Definitely do not recommend.
