was very happy with Chris, he was very professional and Honest,and down to layman terms which I can understand. He took great care of my fixtures in the work area and was so adamant to clean up after the job was completed. I will use bluefrog again and always request Chris.

We contacted blue frog to come and give us a quote to unclog a toilet. We were scheduled for early morning at 9am. But around 8pm I was able to unclog the toilet. I tried to cancel but I believe the number I texted didn't get messages. But bluefrog showed up at 9am and spoke professionally. I told them that inhad uncloged it already and he stated ok and went on to his next appointment. Next plumbing issue I have I will contact them.

The plumber installed our new faucet with the hot and cold water backwards. When we push the faucet up, it’s cold and down is hot — the opposite of the labels on the faucet. Also— the plumber took our old faucet, which was practically brand new, without even asking me. I consider this to be theft!

Respect of the customer time. Reliability. Communication. Illness happens, so sorry for the tech. But no contact is not an excuse. Waited from 1 to 3pm. Then 3 to 4 pm. Scheduler called with excuses. Waited anther hour. Then Plumber texts, " sick" at 3:35 pm. Hopefully the tech is OK. But the issue could have been handled better. Appreciate the tech canceling because of illness. Very smart man. Please communicate with customers, it will go a long way. Thanks.

The worked that they were hired to diagnose and complete did not get accomplished even though they were paid what they were asked to complete the job. Immediately after they left the site two different times they were notified the issue was not fixed. They tried to shift blame and they refused to be accountable for a job they were paid for even though they diagnosed what needed to be done to fix the issue.

Hi Kedzie, the payment received was for the first visit to unclog two toilets. The photos and tenant confirmed the clogs had been resolved at the time of the first visit. We were notified two days after the work was completed, that the toilets were clogged again. A lot can happen in 48 hours to a toilet, especially with a child that routinely flushes items down them! This company was unethical and unresponsive when I attempted to reach out multiple times. Be weary of using. I contacted them as my water heater ruptured. The plumber came out and gave me a verbal estimate, left to get the water heater and emailed me the written estimate which had the cost of the water heater replacement plus a $168.00 diagnostic fee. We applied several discounts to help you out as best we could and we definitely honor our stated warranty.
