Spent about $500 per hour to get water Main repaired. When I asked if the repairman would replace the spigot handle which had sheared during the freeze and was part of the same line, he said no. ?It wasn?t part of the quote?. The concrete work was unacceptable, but they came back and fixed it when I complained. They also left trash and chunks of concrete in my yard.

FOR YOUR SANITY, HIRE ANOTHER PLUMBER. I hired them to have my 2 bath tub/shower and valves changed. This was planned weeks ahead and the manager promised that this project would done in 4 days (first day: demolition, second day: bathtub/shower installation, third and fourth day finishing). They took advantage of me! I had a severe 74,000gallon leak that I needed to fix right away. I called for an estimate. They couldn t provide one because they didn t know where the leak was they were there for about 30 minutes and left. They had stated that the only way to detect the leak was with a leak detection company and said they had one that was fantastic. Rip off money. Work quality is very poor; not cleaned well. Very high price. It's not worth it.
the guy who called back was very nice and professional, but when the technician came to the job site he screwed it up for the company.
Initially charged $800 for a closet flange and hose bib, ~1hr work. Should have been at most $400. They did drop it to $675 after I complained. Happy to update review if they return $275. This is my third hire on homeadvisor, first bad experience.
