So overpriced! Charged $600 to install a $130 disposal. It took the tech 20 minutes I even called to ask if there was a mistake. Nope Never again

Hello Paula, Thank you again for allowing us to work for you. We tried to satisfy you in every way. The $600 dollars you referenced is not what we charged you. We had to purchase the garbage disposal and other parts. We presented you with an estimate of the total cost before any work was done. You were fine with everything and signed our work order giving us authorization to do the work. I am sorry you were not totally satisfied.

They had to send another plumber a few days later to fix what was done incorrectly. A simple tub and shower replacement should be a basic skill set of any plumber. (The second plumber did an excellent job setting the fixtures and correcting the improper install, but we also had to wait a handful of days for the correction to be made.) We provided the fixtures. The cost was extremely high and there was no break down of hourly rates or parts included in the bill. We were extremely disappointed all around.

We go to great lengths to recruit and hire the best experienced plumbers in the market, and continuously train them so we can provide excellent customer service. They were there for 20 minutes to complete the job said it would take 2 hours and charged me the full 2 hours and can not tell me why.
Poor quality work and expensive.
