He was professional and courteous enough to answer my questions (even some I probably should have known). They immediately responded to my request for service and came to do the work within a couple of days. I had the outdoor underground sewer lines replaced. They had to dig 10 feet down. They were timely. But, they did not properly place the manhole cover, but they have promised to do so. The cover should be flat and it's "ajar."
Very polite and showed up on time.
