Very quick response to request. Customer Service was professional and attentive. Technician was polite and professional. It was a good experience for having an annoying drain clog at the worst time (had to cut camping trip short).
My copper pipes have Pex at one faucet since that is all the inventory they had. I did not want to wait so decided to fix the leak even though I prefer copper. Otherwise, good result.
The service provided was outstanding. Russell did an amazing job. He found a problem, explained it well and helped us with the solution. Every person we interacted with was patient and professional. Excellent customer service! So glad we chose this company!
