Work was performed excellently well. Also the Service Tech advised us as to some very good measures to prevent continual clogging of the drain.
I had a breach in my main drain. I spoke with Kari on the phone and we discussed my options since I knew I needed a repair. Blue frog sent out a plumber(Ray W) and he confirmed my breach location and depth with his main drain camera. We agreed to a fair reasonable price and expected time to repair the line . They came out fixed my problem at the fair price and at the agreed upon time. Kari in customer service and Ray W plumber were professional and courteous and I would recommend Bluefrog plumbing to anyone.

Great experience from start to finish. Their technician did a great job replacing a broken garbage disposal. He also quickly diagnosed why our bathroom plumbing kept clogging up and even replaced a supply line that was leaking after we turned the water back on under the faucet for free! They followed up after the job was done to make sure we were happy with the work. Thank you bluefrog!

service guy did not know what was needed to get the extended warantee. I had to read the paper work and then show him that he had to install the additional large anode to get the extender service from the product.
Randy was great! Answered all my questions and replaced a clogged drain.
